Fees

The primary advantage of hiring a paralegal is the costs. Depending on the matter, our fees are either based on an hourly rate, or a flat rate. With fees based on an hourly rate, this means that the total cost of the work will depend on the amount of work we will need to do. On the hourly rate plan, you can be assured you will only be charged for the time spent to effectively represent you. When you decide to retain our firm, you will be asked to deposit an initial retainer. We handle all incoming funds in accordance with the trust account Rules Professional Conduct.
